Nose: it shows all the potential of the pure varietal, compote red fruits, and interesting reminiscences of fine herbs 

Palate: its volume stands out, confirming all the red fruit that we previously perceived on the nose and with a roundness in the mouth that amazes for such a young wine, with a long and fresh aftertaste, seasoned with notes of scrubland and scrub. Well-integrated tannins and balsamic acidity provides structure

Food pairing: pair well with beef, rabbits, pork, and cheese.
